Timely completion of Wasa projects ordered

LAHORE: LDA Vice Chairman Mian Marghub Ahmed has directed the timely completion of Wasa projects so that better facilities can be provided to the public.

He said that concerted coordination and cooperation between all departments of Wasa should be ensured so that the problems of the people can be resolved in time. He expressed these views during his visit to Wasa Head Office on Thursday. Wasa MD Ghafran Ahmed, Wasa Vice Chairman Chaudhry Shehbaz and other officers and officials received the LDA Vice Chairman.

During the visit, Director P&E Mudassar Javed gave a detailed briefing regarding various projects of Wasa Lahore. Additionally, he was also briefed about the revenue dashboard and IT reforms of Wasa Lahore.

During the briefing, he was also provided complete information about the current status of revenue collection and underground water tanks projects of Wasa Lahore. Wasa Lahore's Digital Complaint Management System, Rendition Board and SCADA System were also discussed on this occasion.

LDA Vice Chairman appreciated the IT reforms and underground water tanks projects of Wasa Lahore and the timeliness of all the projects of Wasa. During the visit, the he distributed letters to the upgraded employees and cheques to other employees.
