LAHORE:Hot, humid and partly cloudy weather continued to prevail in the City here on Monday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.
Met officials said continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country while a shallow trough of westerly wave was present over western parts. They predicted that hot and dry weather was expected in most parts of the country.
Rainfall was recorded at some cities in Balochistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Monday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Dadu where mercury reached 42°C, while in Lahore, it was 34.5°C and minimum was 24.5°C.
