Upholding laws

The misuse of certain laws in Pakistan has led to a disturbing trend of mob violence and killings of the accused in police custody. This exploitation undermines the principles of justice, equality, and human rights enshrined in the Pakistani constitution. Lives are lost due to accusations and disregard for due process.

The rise of social media has exacerbated this issue. To combat this, the government must regulate social media to promote moderation and tolerance. Awareness campaigns, education, and strengthened law enforcement can also prevent vigilantism.
