Three killed in jeep plunge

MANSEHRA: Three people were killed and another two sustained critical injuries when a passenger jeep plunged into a deep ravine at Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad road in the Paras area of the Kaghan Valley here on Monday.

“We have shifted dead and inured to a nearby health facility,” one of the policemen who had

rushed to the spot after the accident told reporters.The jeep carrying passengers was on its way to Paras from a nearby village when the driver while negotiating a sharp turn lost control over steering resulting in it skidded off the Mansehra-Naran-Jalkhad road and plunged into the deep ravine.The locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby health facility after retrieving them from the gorge.
