ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued notices to three former senators residing in Parliament Lodges to vacate their residences.
After losing the membership of Senate, these former senators have now lost eligibility for allotment of Parliament Lodges residence but have not yet vacated official residences. Ex-senator Mirza Muhammad Afridi is residing in Family Suite No H 001, ex-senator Fida Muhammad is residing in Suite No J.011 and ex-senator Dilawar Khan is residing in Suite No. H.011. Deputy Director of Parliament Lodges Arshad Afridi has issued official separate notices to the three former senators to vacate their residences. The notice said that these family suites should be vacated within 12 days. The notice also asked the senators to clear their dues and handover the family suits. Otherwise, the case will be sent to CDA Magistrate. The deputy director Parliament Lodges has issued these notices on the instructions of the Senate Secretariat. In a letter written to the Director of Parliament Lodges, the Senate Secretariat said that the allotment of three former senators, Fida Muhammad Khan, Dilawar Khan and Mirza Muhammad Afridi, has been canceled so they should be got vacated.
