Without warning

As per longstanding practice, K-Electric had been allowing customers 20 days to pay monthly bills. However, all of a sudden, the payment period has been almost halved. The bill I received this month, dated September 11, was received by email on September 15 and has to be paid by September 25.

This would be the last week of the month, which is a crucial period for salaried persons. In view of the foregoing and as per practice followed in the past, KE is requested to kindly extend the payment deadline for the latest bill to October 5.
