PESHAWAR: The Special Anti-Corruption Court, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Judge Salahuddin on Saturday confirmed the interim bail of former director general of Health Services Ayub Roz in a case related to corruption and fake recruitment.
A lawyer from the Anti-Corruption Establishment told the court that Ayub Roz was accused of making fake recruitment in 2009, causing huge loss to the exchequer. He said that the former director general was nominated in the case after an inquiry.
