ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed Major General Abid Mazhar as Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), Quetta.
Maj-Gen Mazhar has been appointed in place of Major General Chaudhry Aamir Ajmal.
The Establishment Division has issued a notification after approval of the federal cabinet.
Miss Ifat Qadir Malik, Additional Director of Punjab Education Department and a Grade-19 officer, has been transferred and posted in the Sindh Education Department for three years.
Adnan Arif, Grade-17 officer of Provincial Management Service, Punjab, has been transferred and posted in Pakistan Cricket Board for two years on deputation.
Umar Awais, a Grade-18 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service posted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, has been transferred and posted in Punjab. Miss Quratul Ain Zafar, a Grade-18 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service awaiting appointment in the Establishment Division, has also been posted in Punjab.
Munawwar Hussain, a Grade-19 officer of Secretariat Group, has taken charge of the post of Deputy Secretary Establishment Division. He was waiting for appointment.
