‘World Culture Festival’ will start from 26th in collaboration with Geo

KARACHI: “World Culture Festival” in collaboration with Geo and Pakistan Arts Council Karachi is starting from September 26 and will continue till October 30. More than 450 artists from 40 countries will participate in the mega event.

People will get to see more than 100 performances. In this regard, President of Pakistan Arts Council Karachi Ahmad Shah while talking to hosts Abdullah Sultan and Huma Amir Shah in the morning show “Geo Pakistan” said that Geo is with me this time as always.

Because of Geo, they are trying to show the beautiful face of Pakistan to the world; it has become a festival like the World Cup. Many groups including dance, music and fine arts are participating in the mega event. A high-profile group from India has created a universal song that everyone will sing. The 35-day festival has not been held anywhere in the world, the Sindh government is providing full support to make it a success.

A very modest ticket is reserved for the “World Culture Festival”. The purpose of inviting artists from all over the world is to prove to the world that we are a peaceful people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has done a great job by organizing the World Culture Festival, it has also received support from many embassies. Sindh government has linked all departments with me, this time the way artists will be welcomed, the world will remember how hospitable people we are.
