ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday sought by today (Thursday) the summary approving the establishment of an authority for tackling the issues related to climate change.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah heard the matter related to climate change. During the hearing, Attorney General Mansoor Usman Awan informed the court that the summary pertaining to establishment of the authority would be approved by the federal cabinet today to which the court directed him to first submit the summary while matters related to funds would be looked into later on.
