24 properties sealed

LAHORE:LDA, in a grand operation, sealed 24 commercial properties here on Wednesday. The operation was carried out by Director Town Planning Four Ali Nusrat and Director Town Planning Three Sidra Tabasim on the direction of LDA DG Tahir Farooq against the illegal commercial buildings and commercial fee defaulters. During the operation, team of Town Planning Zone Four sealed 14 commercial fee defaulting properties in Johar Town while the team of Town Planning Zone III sealed 10 properties in Garden Town and Gulberg.

The properties were sealed for non-payment of commercial fees and included showrooms, private schools, grocery stores, restaurants, private offices and other shops. Several notices were given to these properties before the operation.
