PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim on Monday launched the first e-filing system at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Service Tribunal.
Puisne Judge, Justice Ijaz Anwar, PHC Registrar Barrister Ikhtiar Khan, Additional Registrar Admn, Mamrez Khan Khalil, Ahmad Iftikhar, Principal Staff Officer, chairman and members of the tribunal, the district and sessions judge Peshawar, inspector general of police, secretaries of the Establishment, Law, and Home and law officers and lawyers attended the ceremony.
The chief justice commended the e-court establishment, anticipating improved access to justice.Chairman of the tribunal Kalim Arshad Khan assured the tribunal’s commitment to leveraging technology for speedy justice.
He briefed the ceremony on the E-filing system and said it was a major step towards enhancing judicial efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.Various branches of the tribunal were inspected.
