He thanked the Royal Thai Embassy for collaborating with the hotel in organising the event.
Chargé d'Affaires of the Thai Embassy Kamolwan Sriposil, who was also in attendance, emphasised the importance of cultural exchange through food. "Food has always been a significant part of Thailand’s culture, and we are pleased to share our rich culinary heritage with the people of Islamabad through the upcoming Thai Food Festival at the Islamabad Marriott Hotel," she said.
Ms Sriposil said the event would provide both locals and foreigners in the city with a wonderful opportunity to experience the vibrant and diverse flavours of Thailand while enjoying traditional Thai performances.
