LAHORE: The football youth league in Karachi will feature 1,300 participants, boys and girls, this year.
A total of 210 matches will be played at six venues: Khyber Muslim Ground Baldia Town, Old Golimar Football Ground, Jam Eleven Ground Malir, Karachi United Clifton, and Kakari Ground Lyari.
Standard Chartered, in collaboration with Karachi United, announced the launch of the seventh edition of the league. This initiative, part of the bank’s community service mandate, aims to promote sports among children and has been running for seven consecutive years.
