ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s white-ball Head Coach Gary Kirsten is due to arrive today (Friday) following a break to watch cricketers in action at the Champions One-Day Cup in Faisalabad.
Meanwhile, the ICC delegation’s arrival to inspect venues for the forthcoming Champions Trophy has been delayed further. The delegation is now expected to arrive within the next 10 days.
An official of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has said the ICC delegation that was scheduled to arrive in the wee hours on Thursday will now heading to Pakistan in the late half of the current month. “The ICC delegation is now expected to arrive in the second half of September as we have been communicated on the delay in arrival,” the official added.
