SC allows fake accounts case suspect: Dr Dinshaw to travel abroad
Court, however, directed appellant to ensure his return within two months and submit his passport to trial court

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) Wednesday allowed Dr Dinshaw, a suspect in fake accounts case, to travel abroad for attending his daughter’s wedding ceremony.
A three-member SC bench, headed by Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, accepted the plea of Dr Dinshaw seeking return of his passport to travel abroad for attending his daughter’s wedding ceremony.
The court, however, directed the appellant to ensure his return within two months and submit his passport to the trial court.
