ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Wednesday discussed the political and economic situation of the country.
In the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif described PPP as an important ally, which has always supported the government’s every step to strengthen the national economy.
He also appreciated the proposal of “Charter of Parliament” presented by Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in parliament, saying that it will strengthen democracy and parliament.
The PPP delegation commended the policies of the government to strengthen the country’s economy. It also expressed full confidence in the government’s policies and initiatives, which was welcomed by the prime minister.

Ishaq Dar, Minister for Law and Justice Azam Nazir Tarar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, PPP leaders Syed Naveed Qamar and Karachi Mayor Murtaza Wahab and attorney general were also present in the meeting.
