Rs600m released for TMAs in KP

PESHAWAR: The Finance Department has released an additional grant of Rs600 million for various Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The additional grant has been issued for the current fiscal year 2024-25. This grant is allocated for the salaries and pensions of TMA employees.A notification issued here said that TMA Havelian has been allocated Rs5 million, TMA Battagram Rs10 million, TMA Bannu Rs 15 million, TMA Charsadda Rs37.4 million and TMA Chitral Rs15 million.

Dera Ismail Khan has been allocated Rs45.36 million, Upper Dir Rs11.65 million, Hangu Rs10 million, Haripur Rs36.75 million and TMA Karak Rs10 million.TMA Tank has received Rs48.6 million, Swabi Rs15 million, Nowshera Rs35.3 million, TMA Takht Bhai Rs14.88 million, TMA Mardan Rs30.15 million, TMA Lakki Marwat Rs28.02 million and TMA Kohat Rs11.21 million. The additional grants have been issued for the salaries and pensions of employees in 66 TMAs across the province.
