LAHORE:IG met with police personnel and their families at the Central Police Office on Wednesday. He listened to the issues and requests presented by the police personnel and their families and issued immediate directives for their resolution.
Meanwhile, IG Punjab has said that the Punjab Police Welfare Branch has so far facilitated cochlear implant surgeries for 18 children, with more cases currently in progress. He shared these views while addressing a consultation session held at the Central Police Office in collaboration with a private hospital, aimed at supporting the hearing and speech-impaired children of police employees. He also interacted with Punjab Police employees and their children recovering from cochlear implant surgery. The event was attended by children benefiting from the surgery along with their parents.
