Finally, after 34 months, inflation has dropped down to the single digits in August at 9.6 per cent. Hopefully, this will help lower the prices of fruits, vegetables, daily groceries, and other essentials. Life in Pakistan had become increasingly difficult, leading many to contemplate leaving the country in search of better opportunities abroad. While some have managed to emigrate, it is not an option for everyone. The government must prioritize providing relief to the public, especially by making basic necessities more affordable. After all, who truly wants to leave their homeland?
