ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan will take up next week the cases related to collection and utilization of funds for Diamer Basha and Mohmand Dams.
A four-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Irfan Saadat Khan, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal will hear the cases on September 11. In this respect, notices have been issued to attorney general of Pakistan, advocate general of Punjab, chairman National Highways Authority (NHA), chairman Wapda, chairman Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), governor State Bank of Pakistan, National Bank and chairman Pemra.
