Armed man trying to enter Tarakai House killed

SWABI: The police on Wednesday killed an armed man during an action after he allegedly tried to forcibly enter the residence of provincial Minister for Education Faisal Tarakai and Member National Assembly Shahram Tarakai.
It was learnt that the man, who was armed with a weapon, tried to enter the residence of the Tarakai family in Swabi. However, he opened fire on the watchman, who tried to stop him from entering the premises.
The watchman identified as Nawaz Gul belonging to the Badaber area in Peshawar, was killed in the firing.The attacker, Munir Khan, son of Awal Mir, fled the scene after killing the watchman. However, the police killed him after a raid for his arrest.
