SWABI: Maulana Fazal Ali was elected as district head of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) for the fourth consecutive term here on Sunday.He obtained 347 votes against 217 of his arch-rival Qari Ikramul Haq.Noorul Islam has been elected district general secretary who got 361 votes. With the election of district head, the process to elect office-bearers in the district has been completed.
