LGH Nursing College achieves 100pc results

LAHORE : The students of BSc Nursing (4-year degree programme), Nursing College of Ameer Uddin Medical College (AMC), Lahore General Hospital, have scored 100% results in the third professional annual exams.

As per the details, Rishail Riasat (Sahiwal) secured the first position with 739 marks, Muqaddas Javed (Chishtian) grabbed second position with 720 marks while Ayesha Fakhar (Jaranwala) got 3rd position with 713 marks. Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) Prof Dr M Al-Fareed Zafar acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the faculty members and students of AMC Nursing College. He announced to award appreciation certificates to top position holders. Prof Al-Fareed Zafar directed the administration of the Nursing College to display the pictures of the position holders for a month in the college and nursing hostel to much needed inspiration to other students. He underscored that by this initiative students can study with more hard work and dedication to make their name and institute brighten. Principal Nursing College Rubina Inam remarked that all possible resources will be utilised for the education and training of nursing students. Expressing their emotions, the 3rd year students said that it is the result of their hard work, efforts of teachers and prayers of parents.
