ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Wednesday suspended the notification of the success of home minister Balochistan Ziaullah Langove.
“Pursuant to the Order dated 21st August, 2024 passed by the Election Tribunal, Balochistan Quetta in Election Petition No. 03/2024 titled Saeed Langove Vs Ziaullah Langove and others, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby suspends its notifications No.F.2(12)12024-Cord(1) and No.F.2(12)12024-Cord.M/F(7) both dated 22nd February,2024 to the extent of Mir Ziaullah, returned candidate from Constituency No. PB-36 Kalat. Consequently, Mir Ziaullah is de-notified,” says a notification issued by the ECP.
