The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has become the epitome of lethargy. After conducting tests, it takes a minimum of six months to announce results. Moreover, the later stages of conducting interviews and the final selection take an additional six months to a year.
This inordinate delay in announcing results creates anxiety and frustration in the minds of prospective candidates. The FPSC should give a specific date to make a final selection of candidates.
