MANSEHRA: A young man, who was bitten by a poisonous snake, died in Nava Garay village in Oghi on Sunday.Amanullah was spraying pesticides in his agro field when he was bitten by a snake. The family rushed him to the Ayub Medical Complex Hospital Abbottabad (AMC) where he passed away.
The locals complained that anti-rabies and other vaccines were not available in Civil Hospital Oghi.They said that cases of snake, and dog bites were on the rise in the tehsil and people bitten by reptiles were referred to hospitals in the rest of the Hazara division because of the shortage of vaccines in the local health facility.
