KHAR: A known businessman was shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Tablighi Markaz gate in Siddiqabad Phattak in Khar tehsil in Bajaur tribal district on Sunday.
Eyewitnesses said that Haji Sher Zamin, a known trader of Bajaur, was entering the Tablighi Markaz for weekly consultation in his car when unknown armed men targeted him with automatic weapons.
He sustained multiple bullet injuries and was killed on the spot.
The police have registered a case and started an investigation.
No militant group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.
