Skilled exodus
By News Desk

The uncertain economic situation, rising inflation, and ongoing political instability are the reasons thousands of educated and skilled citizens leave the country every year. Rapid population growth, a lack of quality education, economic instability, and insufficient job opportunities have led to a high unemployment rate, particularly in terms of youth unemployment, driving young professionals to seek greener pastures.
The government needs to try and stop this brain drain. Greater investments in education and training opportunities, local businesses, and infrastructure can help create more jobs while attracting foreign investment. This will help Pakistan retain its young talent.
