Youth urged to donate blood

PESHAWAR: The Frontier Foundation on Monday arranged a cake-cutting ceremony in connection with the upcoming Independence Day.Paintings and gifts were also distributed among the children on this occasion. The children also played national songs.
Frontier Foundation Chairman Sahibzada Mohammad Haleem, administrator Dr Fakhar Zaman, volunteers and children attended the ceremony.Addressing the function, Sahibzada Mohammad Haleem said that the Frontier Foundation was working to ensure the provision of free-of-charge blood to patients suffering from thalassemia.He appealed to the youth to donate blood to help the children suffering from thalassemia.
