Indus Hospital chief stresses innovation’s role in sustaining competitive advantage
Prof Dr Abdul Bari Khan, president of the Indus Hospital & Health Network, has underscored the significance of innovation in sustaining competitive advantage.
He was speaking at a two-day event titled ‘CxO Elevate 2024: Pioneering Business Innovation and Strategic Collaboration’, which was held at the National Aerospace Science and Technology Park (NASTP) in Karachi on August 6 and 7, said a press release issued on Saturday.
The CxO Global Forum said the event, the largest of its kind in Pakistan, set a new standard for B2B engagements, bringing together industry leaders, top executives, and innovative thinkers to explore the future of business.
The event featured a series of powerful keynote addresses from industry leaders who provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities within the current business landscape.
Adnan Siddique, Country Head of Sangfor Technologies Pakistan, offered a deep dive into “Current Technology Landscape in Pakistan and its Challenges,” focusing on the role of technology in driving business evolution.
Kanwal Cheema, Chief Commercial Officer at Khazana Cloud, delivered a standout keynote on “Beyond the Hype – Addressing Real World Challenges of Cloud Adoption in Pakistan,” where she expertly navigated the complexities and real-world applications of cloud technology, resonating with businesses eager to embrace digital transformation.
The event also saw Zain Jeewanjee, CEO & Founder of Insure123 Insurance Agency, and Ms. Alia Jafar, Director International Relations at The Islamic Chambers of Commerce & Development Pakistan, share their global perspectives on economic trends and the critical role of networking in expanding business frontiers.
