LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to present PTI MNA Haji Imtiaz on August 12.
The petition filed by wife of Haji Imtiaz MNA for recovery of her husband came up for hearing before Justice Ali Baqir Najfi of LHC on Friday.
Advocate General (AG) Punjab told the court Haji Imtiaz is in Gujranwala jail. Speaker National Assembly has issued his production order and Haji Imtiaz will attend the National Assembly session. We will produce him on Monday.
The court ordered to produce Haji Imtiaz on August 12. Anti corruption establishment Punjab had claimed to re arrest Haji Imtiaz MNA from Multan airport.
