SUKKUR: Shikarpur police have recovered a kidnap victim from the Bacho gang. DIG Larkana Nasir Aftab Pathan said that Ghulam Shabbir, who was abducted from the Katcha area of Rustam on July 27, 2024, has been rescued after an operation.
