Order passed by Honourable Peshawar high court regarding intra-party election of PTI

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has uploaded the four orders about the hot issue of intra-party polls and reserved seats of the assemblies on its website.

“For the benefit of those who are giving their comments during analysis regarding issue of reserved seats” the content has been put on display on the website, the ECP said.

The orders include: The order issued by the ECP in December last year: the order passed by Honourable Peshawar high court regarding intra-party election of PTI; the order passed by august Supreme Court of Pakistan dated 13.01.2024 regarding intra-party election and symbol of PTI, and the order passed by the ECP for allocation of reserved seats to Sunni Ittehad Council.
