Civil judge, wife injured in hotel lift collapse

HAFIZABAD: A civil judge and his wife were injured when the lift of a hotel broke down and fell down.

This incident took place in Hafizabad last night when Civil Judge Sajid Bilal Sidhu came to a hotel for dinner with his wife. The civil judge and his wife were going to the upper floor by the lift when suddenly it broke, as a result of which both legs of the judge were fractured while his wife was also seriously injured. Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to the trauma center from where they were now referred to Faisalabad due to their critical condition.
