Islamabad: Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) Chairperson met with Ms. Raheela Hameed Khan Durani, Minister for Education and Technical Training, Balochistan, to discuss a collaborative initiative aimed at empowering youth and vulnerable women through technical training.
