11 injured as gas cylinder explodes in Orangi Town

Eleven persons, including four women and a child, were injured in Orangi Town on Sunday after a gas cylinder explosion inside a house resulted in the collapse of a wall onto a neighbouring house.

The Injured individuals were transported to the Civil Hospital for medical assiitance.

The incident took place at a house located in Orangi Town where a gas cylinder exploded with a loud bang, injuring around 11 people.

Following the explosion, ambulances from different welfare organisations reached the scene and transported the casualties to a hospital for medical treatment.

The powerful explosion caused the house's wall and roof to collapse with debris falling into a neighbour's home. The falling debris injured a woman named Iqra, her four-year-old daughter Nida, and two newborn twin boys, Hasan and Hussain. Seven people in the house where the explosion occurred suffered burn injuries.
