MULTAN: Police have introduced electronic complaint system.
Talking to journalists here on Thursday, Multan RPO Sultan Azam said that the complaint centre had been updated and now citizens could submit their complaints through email at complaintstorpomultan@gmail.com. The public complaints would be entertained on priority basis, he added.
He said that all complaints, which would be received electronically via email, would be forwarded to officials concerned for speedy justice and investigation. He said that the complaint centre was linked with the Punjab IGP complaint centre. RPO Sultan Azam said that the revolutionary step would bridge a gap between police and public, besides improving police performance.
