Hot, humid weather forecast

LAHORE:Partly cloudy, hot and humid weather was recorded in the City here Thursday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions with chances of scattered rain during the next 24 hours.

Met officials said weak monsoon currents were penetrating central/upper parts while a shallow westerly wave was also prevailing over upper areas of the country. Rainfall was recorded at a few cities across the country. Thursday’s maximum temperature was recorded at Dalbandin where mercury reached 47°C, while in Lahore, it was 38.5°C and minimum was 28.7°C.
