2 bureaucrats transferred, posting of 2 others cancelled
Establishment Division has issued notifications cancelling their appointments and transfers
ISLAMABAD: Postings and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy.
Ahsan Ali Mangi, a Grade-21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service and additional secretary, Ministry of Commerce, has been transferred and posted as secretary Aviation Division. Since it is a Grade-22 post, the appointment has been made under Section 10 of the Civil Services Act.
Shahid Rehman, a Grade-19 officer of the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been transferred and posted to the Presidency. He has been appointed on deputation for three years. Meanwhile, the federal government has cancelled the appointments and transfers of two federal bureaucrats made on July 23. The transfer of Grade-20 officer of Secretariat Group, Joint Secretary Mohammad Wishaq, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, has been cancelled. He was directed to report to the Establishment Division. Also, the appointment of Fahad Haider Buzdar (Grade-19) of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, has been cancelled. He was at the disposal of Auditor General of Pakistan, Islamabad. Both the officers were appointed and transferred on July 23. The Establishment Division has issued notifications cancelling their appointments and transfers.
