ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday formed a three-member bench to hear a case pertaining to missing persons.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani would head the bench while Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will be part of it. The bench will start hearing the case from July 30.
During the hearing of another case, Justice Kayani had recommended the formation of a larger bench to hear the missing persons case.
