PTI sets up hunger strike camps against govt

LAHORE:Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Malik Ahmad Khan Bachar has said the present regime is just like a martial law and PTI members are being targeted.

Flanked by party MPAs, the Opposition leader while addressing a press conference at Lahore Press Club on Wednesday said that the cabinet had approved the setting up of cybercrime courts. Moreover, PTI MPA Ejaz Shafi and others visited the hunger strike camp and condemned the PMLN government for its failure to address the grievances of nation. Opposition leader Malik Ahmad Khan Bachar, Mian Ejaz Shafi, Moeen Qureshi and others expressed solidarity with PTI workers and spent time in the camp set up at the main entrance of Punjab Assembly.

Meanwhile, senior PTI leader Azam Swati while talking to media stated PTI MPAs and workers in Punjab Assembly deserved tremendous praise for their bravery and courage. He said PTI founding Chairman Imran Khan would come out of jail and lead Pakistan towards progress.

Meanwhile, stage actor and PMLN supporter Tahir Anjum was badly thrashed by a woman worker of PTI outside Punjab Assembly building. PTI woman activist named Neeli was sitting in the hunger strike camp when stage actor Tahir Anjum reached there and started making video of the PTI hunger strike camp. In anger, the PTI woman worker approached the stage actor who was sitting on the driving seat and attacked. The woman worker also hurled abuses and tore his clothes.
