ISLAMABAD: Federal bureaucrats have been appointed and transferred. Pakistan Administrative Service Grade-21 officer and Additional Secretary (In-Charge) Information Technology and Telecom Division Captain (Rtd) Muhammad Mahmood has been transferred and posted as OSD in the Establishment Division.
Jameel Ahmad Qureshi of Investment Board (Grade-21) has been posted as Additional Secretary (In-charge) SIFC Division. Rear Admiral (Rtd) Syed Hasan Nasir Shah has been reappointed as Chairman Port Qasim Authority. According to the notification, the reappointment of Rear Admiral (R) Syed Hasan Nasir Shah as the Chairman of Port Qasim Authority is for 3 months from July 12 or until the appointment of a permanent chairman.
The services of Nosheen Malik of Pakistan Administrative Service (Grade-19) awaiting appointment in Establishment Division and Marzia Saleem of Grade-18 awaiting appointment in Establishment Division have been entrusted to the Punjab government. Zakaria Ali Shah, Senior Joint Secretary, Ministry of National Food Security, Grade-21, was transferred as Senior Joint Secretary, Ministry of Defence Production, and Amjad Ahmed, Joint Secretary, Ministry of National Food Security, Grade-20, Fahad Haider Buzdar, Joint Secretary, Grade-19, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis, Grade-20 Joint Secretary, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis Mohammad Wishaq and Grade-20 Joint Secretary Power Division Salman Qayyum Khan have been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division.
The appointment period of Joint Secretary, Power Division, Mahfooz Ahmed, has been extended by one year from July 17. Police Service Grade-19 Arif Shahbaz Khan Wazir has been transferred from Punjab to Gilgit-Baltistan government while SSP Investigation Islamabad Hasan Jahangar Wattoo has been transferred and his services have been entrusted to FIA.
The services of Postal Group Grade-18 Saman Shirazi have been entrusted to the Punjab government, while the Executive Engineer Department of Communications, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government, Engineer Jawaria Naseem Golra, was transferred and appointed as Deputy Director in the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority on deputation for one year. The Establishment Division has issued official notifications of all orders.
