Islamabad:The Motorway Police successfully recovered a lost bag containing Rs200,000 in cash and handed it over to its owner.
The incident occurred when a car broke down near Paliyan on the Swat Expressway while traveling from Peshawar to Swat, according to Motorway Police spokesman. After the vehicle was repaired and departed, the owner had left a bag containing Rs 200,000 in cash and some clothes behind.
Upon remembering the forgotten bag, the driver promptly sought assistance from the Motorway Police patrolling team, who immediately sprang into action. The team informed the nearest patrolling team, who launched a thorough search operation. After an extensive search, the bag was finally recovered and returned to its owner.
