CDA seeks services of transaction adviser for housing project

ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to acquire services of transaction adviser for Joint Venture Housing Project over an area of 10,000 kanals in Kurri village of Islamabad.

The transaction advisor firm will be registered with Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Institute of Chartered Accounts Pakistan (ICAP).

It would prepare a comprehensive feasibility study, look into property’s legal matters, commercial assessment, financial feasibility and assessment, valuation of land and preparation of transaction documents. The firm to be selected would also have international ranking in the concerned field.

The CDA has sought submission of required documents from interested firms at office of Deputy Director Procurement by August 12. The Joint Venture Housing Project will have commercial plots, residential apartments in commercial hubs. The CDA will provide land while partner entering into joint venture would make investment. In all 10 companies including Defence Housing Authority (DHA) expressed their interest to enter into joint venture with CDA for the housing project by end of deadline in February last.
