Courses for food sector employees announced
Rawalpindi: Member National Assembly (MNA) Hanif Abbasi on Saturday announced professional courses to be conducted under the patronage of the government for employees working in the food sector.
The announcement came after the meeting of the senior Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader and member of the National Assembly with President Restaurants Caterers Sweets and Bakers Association Muhammad Farooq Chaudhry and Chairman Mumtaz Ahmed here, a news release said.
President Rawalpindi Restaurants Caterers Sweets and Bakers Association, Muhammad Farooq Chaudhry and Chairman Mumtaz Ahmed welcomed the announcement of MNA Hanif Abbasi.
On this occasion, Hanif Abbasi said that the government would provide professional courses to the employees related to the food sector at the government level so that the people related to the food sector could be employed not only in Pakistan but also outside the country.
He said the food sector provides the most employment to the skilled people for whom regular classes will be started in the technical colleges of the government.
Officials of the Association should also visit technical colleges in this regard whereas a formal approval will be taken from the Prime Minister House for the courses so that the people could get the best employment opportunities and unemployment could be eliminated, he said.
