LDA DG inspects Bund Road project
LAHORE:Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Tahir Farooq visited the Controlled Access Corridor Closed Road project here on Tuesday. Tahir Farooq inspected the ongoing works on Package Two Babu Sabu to Saggian Service Road. Project Director Haroon Safi and the contractor were present on the occasion.
Detailed briefing on the achievement of daily targets was given to the DG LDA. Work was progressing rapidly on all sections on both sides of the service road on Package 2 while the construction of the drain on one side of Babu Sabu to Saggian service road was progressing rapidly, the briefing said, adding concreting and the asphalting process was also going on simultaneously. The water bond process was going on in Gulshan Ravi to Babu Sabu area. Additional resources and machinery were working for the timely completion of the work, the DG LDA was told. He directed to speed up the work after Ashura.
