Lawyer moves SJC against IHC judge

Advocate Riaz has made the judge a respondent in the complaint

ISLAMABAD: A complaint was filed in the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) against a judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) for allegedly violating the code of conduct.

The complaint was filed by advocate Riaz Hanif Rahi under Rule 5 (1)(b) of the Supreme Judicial Council Procedure of Inquiry Rules, 2005 for action against the judge under Article 209 of the Constitution. He has made the judge a respondent in the complaint.
