HARIPUR: The first two-day international conference on strategies for sustainable agriculture and forestry in the face of climate change concluded at Ghora Gali.
Jointly organized by the University of Haripur and the Forest Services Academy, Murree, experts, policymakers, stakeholders, government departments, and civil society from different parts of the world attended the event. The experts from China and Italy also spoke on the occasion.
The conference provided an important venue for addressing creative methods and solutions to the difficulties faced by climate change in agriculture and forestry. The two-day event focused on climate-smart agriculture methods, agroforestry, sustainable land management, and the necessity of effective policies and governance.
