LAHORE: Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan on Thursday administered the oath to Chief Justice of Lahore High Court Justice Aalia Neelum, at the Governor’s House. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz was also present. Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman read out the notification of the appointment of the chief justice of the Lahore High Court. The governor congratulated Justice Aalia Neelum on taking the oath as the first woman Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court. Important personalities from various fields, judges of the Lahore High Court, senior lawyers, and provincial secretaries, were present.
